Way Forward

I’m writing from Portugal, where recent wildfires have made it clear that I need to relocate. I’ve found a place in Lisbon that feels right—safe, creative, and a base to build from—but it’s outside my current budget.

Last spring, I suffered a ruptured tendon in my left hand after an unprovoked assault at a gas station. Since then, I’ve been unable to play cello and haven’t had the resources for proper rehabilitation. For that reason, I’m now parting with two of my most important instruments: a 90-year-old Kay Orpheum guitar and my cello with its bow.

To make this move possible, I’m also opening a limited set of online and in person music lessons available in 3-month blocks, priced at 36$ per hour and taking into account skill levels. Both are ways to support this transition while keeping music and creation alive at the center of my work.

If you’ve followed my journey and want to be part of this next chapter, this is the moment to step in and connect through music, story, and change.
