Sound Healing

RETUNING THE BODY’S WATER THROUGH THE RESONANCE OF SOUND

Sonar Healing is a one-to-one sound healing modality using handmade Tibetan and rare antique Himalayan singing bowls placed directly on and around the body. Each session is designed to help release physical and emotional blockages by resonating the nervous system into greater coherence, inviting a felt sense of grounding, clarity, and inner spaciousness. Rooted in presence and subtle intuition, Sonar Healing opens a space of cellular retuning and regenerative silence.

The work is informed by the meridian and Five Element systems of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a focus on how stress, emotion, and environment influence the body’s internal waters. Instead of needles, the bowls transmit layered overtones through muscle, fascia, and the hidden marrow of the bones, while light acupressure and intentional stillness allow the system to self-organize and settle into a more natural rhythm.

Recent observational studies on singing bowl sound meditation have reported short-term reductions in tension, fatigue, and negative mood, along with improvements in self-reported well-being after a single session [1]. Reviews of ancient sound-based practices within integrative medicine suggest that these approaches may help reduce stress and support relaxation when used alongside conventional care [2]. Sonar Healing does not diagnose or treat medical conditions; it offers a complementary space for deep rest, listening, and gentle recalibration.

Sessions are offered in person only, currently in Portugal and Spain.

Kaerutō
A Kambo microdosing ritual guided by breath, humming, and Taoist energy principles. Kaeru means “to return” in Japanese—this practice supports the return to inner balance through careful preparation, sound vibration, and meridian-focused application.
Each session combines micro-burns at non-meridian points with acupuncture needles dipped in the serum applied at key meridian sites, supporting immune recalibration, somatic clarity, and emotional release.
Offered only in person, Kaerutō is tailored to the individual’s energetic sensitivity and readiness, emphasizing gentle integration over intensity.
